Minor Assistance Requested

I'm about ready to post a story, but I'm missing two little things:
a)the name of the club from Chicago Holiday
and
b)the word for a church's social hall, I think it starts with a "c" but may be wrong. I'm thinking as to where a coffee hour might be held.

a) The club from Chicago Holiday, aka "the wildest club in Chicago," has no canonical name. It's never said aloud nor are there visible signs.

As for b, I have no idea, since my childhood church had an attached school and used the gym for most social events. Hopefully, someone with more church knowledge will be able to answer you!

b) It's usually just called the rec hall, although officially it might be spelled out as reception hall.
